As part of our participation in the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program, Renervate may engage authorised delivery partners to assist with marketing, site assessments, installation, and related services.
All partners engaged by Renervate are required to comply with the VEU Code of Conduct, all applicable safety, licensing, and regulatory requirements, and our internal compliance and quality standards.
What Our Partners May Do
- Customer contact related to VEU upgrades
- On-site assessments and inspections
- Replacement of eligible lighting products
- Installation support and project delivery
- Collection of required compliance information
Partners act solely for the purpose of delivering VEU-approved activities and may only contact customers who have provided express prior consent.

Use of Customer Information
Customer information is shared with authorised partners only where necessary to deliver VEU activities. All partners are contractually required to use customer information solely for VEU purposes, maintain confidentiality, and comply with applicable privacy laws.

Participation in the VEU program is voluntary. Customers may decline any upgrade, withdraw consent at any time, or request information about our partners.
