Warranty & Performance
- Warranty Period: 10 years from the date of original installation.
- Throughput Endurance: Alternatively, the warranty is valid until the battery has delivered 6,000 cycles (whichever condition is reached first).
- End of Warranty Capacity: The warranty guarantees that the battery will retain at least 60% of its original usable energy capacity (i.e., at least 3.07 kWh) at the end of the warranty period.
- Terms & Conditions: The warranty is subject to proper installation and configuration by a certified installer, registration of the product, and operation within the specified environmental and electrical guidelines outlined in the product manual. It is provided by Sigenergy and is typically handled through their network of authorized distributors and installers.
