Warranty & Performance
- Warranty Period: 10 years from the date of original installation.
- Throughput Endurance: Alternatively, the warranty is valid until the battery has delivered 6,000 cycles (whichever condition is reached first).
- End of Warranty Capacity: The warranty guarantees that the battery will retain at least 60% of its original usable energy capacity (i.e., at least 3.07 kWh) at the end of the warranty period.
- Terms & Conditions: The warranty is subject to proper installation and configuration by a certified installer, registration of the product, and operation within the specified environmental and electrical guidelines outlined in the product manual.
